Hillel Gontownik
Hillel Gontownik is the Founder of Baytown Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset management activities. Prior to founding Baytown in 2021, he was a member of the real estate investment teams at GIC and Centerbridge Partners. Hillel graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
